As a first time mom I really wanted newborn photos that felt authentic and not staged, but was also incredibly nervous about the whole process (being just a few weeks postpartum). Ashley did a video chat with me a couple months in advance so I knew what to expect, and then came to our house for photos when we decided we were ready. She really made the whole process so easy and comfortable. I am so grateful she captured the beginnings of our little family (including the pets) and am looking forward to working with her in the future!

Ashley is simply incredible. She truly has a gift for capturing the most beautiful moments. She chose a lovely location and gave us choices between a few great time options. She suggested gorgeous spots and recommended poses, but none of our shots look posed because of her skill at making everyone - including our 3 year old, comfortable.
